Move Master Page From one site collection to another site collection in SharePoint Online

Steps:
  • Open SharePoint Designer 2013 with Source Site collection URL.
  • Click on master page under site objects  on the left side just below to the  Navigation
  • Select the Master.html file and click on Export File from ribbon and
  • Open SharePoint designer 2013 with Our new  Destination site collection URL.
  • Click on master page under site objects  on the left side just below to the  Navigation
  • Click on Import file from the ribbon it will open a popup
  • Click on Add file… select the Master.html file from the desktop location
  • Click on Open and then click OK Button
  • Now the Master.html file is uploaded
  • Form SharePoint Designer 2013 Right click on the Master.html file and click on check out
  • Form SharePoint Designer 2013 Right click on the Master.html file Edit file in Advance mode
Make all necessary changes in the Mastre.html file and click on Save icon in the top left corner
  • Click on master page under site objects  on the left side just below to the  Navigation
  • Form SharePoint Designer 2013 Right click on the Master.html file and click on check In
  • Select the “Publish a major version” from the popup options and enter some comments in the comment on version  and click on OK
  • And click on the Refresh icon on the top left corner
  • Now you are able to  see a new Master.master file just below to the Master.html file which will automatically generated by check in and publishing  the Master.html file
  • Site actions->site settings->master page set the site master page ->” Specify a master page to be used by this site and all sites that inherit from it” as Master from the drop down and then click on OK.
  • Open source and the destination style library in windows explore(windows explore option is available in IE browser) Below are the steps
  • Site actions ->site content -> style library-> ribbon -> LIBRARY -> click on open with explorer option  that will open style library in windows explorer now you can  copy the intranet folder form desktop to style library folder and click close
